What Do Pink Computers Say About Us?

Computer technicians in the past never dreamed that PCs would have so many colors. In the past none really gave much though to the color of a computer. However in this day and age, you can find a pink laptop computer or almost any other color you desire. The rate at which people are inventing different colors is truly amazing.

Computers as we know them have many shapes and forms. Laptops, desktops, tablet PCs, netbooks, notebooks — they have grown in number over the years. The idea of personalizing your machine really started to kick off around the turn of the millennium. Today there are many many colors to choose from.

They say a man’s home is his castle, for a techie, his computer is his fortress. Bordering on near religious fanaticism for some, the color and pattern of a case is very important. You can learn a great deal about a person from their computer. After all if the way the dress can tell you how they act, then what can the color of the computer tell you?

Bright vibrant colors are more commonly associated with artists, light easy colors with easygoing people, and darker colors for corporate workers. The patterns mixed in with the color may also give hints to a persons personality. Some sketches combined with certain colors may indicate a darker mooded person. Others may use the back of their laptop as a sketchpad for their ideas.

When manufacturers took note of people customizing the machines they owned, they decided to pick up on it. Many of the major vendors offer pre-made sketches, and outlines to choose from. Some employ official artists to come up with new and exciting patterns. They also offer basic non-pattern colors as well.

Pink covers, and pink colored add-ons seem to be all the rage these days though. Almost every other person seems to have a piece of pink computer gadgetry. Men and women alike tend to admire the color for its ease on the eyes, and its popularity. Next time your in a store take a look at how many computer related things come in the color pink.

The color pink will probably be with us a long long time. Personal taste is the main thing though when it comes to computer personalization. Whats pretty to some may be hideous to others. If history is any indication though the types of color combination’s we can look forward to should be quite interesting
