How do you convert Youtube Videos into MP3 files?
Ive been trying to figure out how to convert a youtube video into an mp3 file to make myself a ringtone, but im having trouble figuring out which "program" to download. I watched a few how to videos on youtube on the same program, which seems like it works, but half the people are saying it will give you a virus. I need a FREE program that does this without giving you a virus, I really cant afford to get a virus right now, or the trip to Geeksquad. If anyone has any suggestions or programs they use personally that you havent seemed to have trouble with or hasnt affected your computer, please respond. Thank You!

iPhone 3 ring tones help?
I want to buy an iPhone 3. (I've heard that the iPhone 4 has some problems, correct me if I'm wrong.) It's awesome and has a lot of features that I want. I only need to know one more thing to decide if I want to buy it. The following steps I have done on my motorola krazr, and I could upload a customized ringtone to it, I could listen to the song on the phone, but it wouldn't allow me to set it as my ringtone or message alert.
So, for the iPhone 3
Customized ring tones. Can you:
step 1: take a copy of a song (any format, MP3 for example)
step 2: edit the length of that song and save it
step 3: convert the saved song to the appropriate format (I don't know what format the iPhone 3 will take.)
step 4: upload the converted song to the iPhone via Bluetooth (is there another way?)
Will the iPhone 3 let you do this, and also let you use your song as a ringtone?

So I got a Samsung GT-B5310R phone and wanted to change the ringtone. The phone uses mp3 file ringtones, so I tried using some mp3 files from my computer. It lets me load the mp3 onto my phone and play them. But it won't let me use it as the ringtone. Is there anything I can do the convert the file or lock the file so I can use it as a ringtone on this phone?
