Iphone Ringtone Help?

When I buy a song through Itunes, I use to be able to right click and turn it into a ringtone, when it wasn't available through Itunes. Now it won't let me. Is there anyway to the get ringtone I want?

Thanks for you help. I have googled this and it tells me I can convert it to .m4r but that doesn't seem to work either.

I've managed to get the m4r ringtone file into my iTunes 'Ringtones' folder and synced my phone again but it won't show up on the phone!
